Working with Andrew was so pleasant. The parcel listings were full of valuable information and everything checked out with further research through the county. The financing terms are generous and flexible enough to start living our dream. My husband and I just started our homestead and are having the time of our lives, I've already recommended them to friends.

I have to say I think the system you have has made buying land very easy. At first it does feel a little risky not seeing something before you buy it. It was nice to see the document in a professional manner, just like a realtor would send for buying a home.

No. The four checks work on any lot, from any seller. All you need is the parcel number and an address or GPS point.
It depends on the utility. Some cover hundreds of feet of new line for free and some cover none. Past that, cost sites put new line at about $5 to $15 a foot, and page 3 shows how to get a written estimate before you pay a deposit.
